Can you confirm that this property is indeed rated 3.5*?? (and if so if it is the Hyatt Place and not the Hyatt itself) Most Hyatt Place properties have been rated 3 stars... if this is 3.5* i would think it was the Hyatt in this zone, and not the Hyatt Place.
