Where to find last-minute Alaska cruise

I've searched all over the web and couldn't find any availability for a 7-night Alaska cruise departing between August 1st and 4th, at a price I'm willing to pay (up to $1200 per person). Also called some last-minute agencies but they all came back with "sold out" (including Priceline).

Surely the cruise lines have some cancellations - where do they resell these?

Any tips would be appreciated.

The cruise lines usually don't get too many last minute cancellations as the penalties for cancelling last minute are stiff.

I would submit a few queries to CruiseQuick.com.. they're not a full-service agency in that you don't tell them "i want to go here between these dates" but you can request a specific ship and sailing and they'll email you a quote. Prices are very good but service is email only. (btw, bturner turned me on to them so you know they're good :) )
