Hotwire Hotel: Help with potential DD Key West

looking at arriving 10/28 for 3 nights. Hotwire has a 2 star for $390 a night with rest, pool, exercise rm, free bfast and washer dryer. There is also a 3* for $466 a night with rest, pool, exer rm, wash/dryer.

based on a package with car the 2* matches the Quality Inn while the 3* matches the Courtyard Key West by the gulf(on marriott.com called by the sea).

qualityinn.com has a internet rate open at $180 for 1st night and $333 for the other 2 for a total of $846.00 The 2* without taxes is $1170. So the difference is $324 x 2 or $648 refund. Net cost is $1326.20-648. = 678.20

marriott.com has a standard room for the Courtyard by the sea at $309.00 per night. The 3* without taxes is 1398. So the difference is 471 x 2 or $942 refund. Net cost is $1581.05 - 942 = 639.05

both would be great since this is fantasy fest weekend.

Just wanted someone to verify if my assumptions look correct.
