Looks like its the Holiday Inn Xpress but the price is so cheap I'm wondering if its something else?

I'm guessing HI Express. Prices at many NYC properties are likely either down or coming down in Mid-Late Dec (and will come down across the board in January)

Yes the hotel I received is the Holiday Inn Express MSG-Chelsea, rated, 2.5* by PRICELINE, and in the New York City (Chelsea) zone

I bid $75 they rejected and they asked me to bid $22 more

I added the Upper eastside area (Although there are 2.5 * hotels there, I decided to take a chance) and Bid $83, bid was accepted,
