Doubletree was too far, and didn't want to take a chance on the unknown 3.5* the so I waited and checked again this week (through the HOTWIRE link) and received:

12/5 3.5* Hilton Anaheim and Towers, 777 Convention Way, 714-750-4321 for $55/night x 1 nights +$16.50 taxes = $71.50 total.
