You cannot ensure a particular hotel via PRICELINE or HOTWIRE. Are you willing to get a different hotel or must it be the CI Lake BV?

Thanks for the prompt reply. We are looking for a decent hotel around that cost which offers free breakfast. Any suggestions would help.

Everyone's tastes and expectations are different... some find fault with 4* hotels while others are more than pleased with 2* options. All that you can do is choose the star rating, so if you're concerned about quality, you may want to be conservative and try for a higher rated hotel than you might typcially choose (when knowing the name beforehand)

PRICELINE is usually a little less expensive than HOTWIRE, but with PRICELINE you will not have any idea of the hotel you will receive before the purchase (and therefore won't know if it included breakfast or not). With HOTWIRE the amenities offered by the hotel are shown, so you can choose one which shows a Complimentary Breakfast icon, as well as take an educated guess as to what you might receive before your purchase (based upon the star rating and amenities shown).

Not sure if the lowest prossible price or free breakfast is more of a priority for you (as the lowest possible price may end up costing you more in the long run once you include the cost of buying breakfast on your own). I'd start by searching HOTWIRE and see if anything with a Complimentary Breakfast icon is offered for your dates and within your budget.
