Hello

First time on this site, linked from moneysavingexpert.com which also helped with tips on bidding for rooms using PRICELINE.

Using PRICELINE - booked 10 Nov 2008

Dates 25/12/08 - 30/12/08

First Bid MTW for $121 = rejected

Second Bid MTW & Brooklyn for $152 = accepted = Royalton

Offer/Room/Night = $152

Subtotal = $760

Taxes & Service Fees= $139.60

TOTAL = $899.60

Hotel reviews seem very good through TripAdvisor

As booked from UK, used AMEX and California, 99999 for state & postal code

Very happy as hotel & flights (myself & wife) is costing about $2000 whereas on for exact flights & hotel it costs just over $3000

Welcome to the site & thank you for posting your win! :)

The Royalton has recently undergone a pretty sizable renovation (I believe either most or all of the hotel was closed during the renovations); it would be greatly appreciated if you could leave a review (even a brief one would be welcome.) of the hotel in this site's Hotel Reviews section after your trip.
