4* South Hotel Zone( Hyatt or Hilton?) the trip advisor rating makes me think Hyatt but the packages makes me think Hilton because the Icons all match

I think I figured it out. The South Hotel is most likely the Gran Melia as the Hyatt Caribe does not have Spa services. It could also be the Hilton but the trip advisor rating for Hilton is 4.5 and the hotwire says trip advisor is 4 which matches Gran Melia
