Priceline Hotel: 1* Orlando (WDW) Fun Spots Hotel at Fountain Park

Last minute trip to Orlando this weekend, leaving in a couple of hours. I bid $22 a night in the Disney/Kissimmee area for a 1* value and ended up getting the Fun Spot hotel @ Fountain Park for $22 a night. $57.08 with all taxes and fees. I have looked up pictures of the hotel and it looks decent. Any reviews?
