This one hasn't been identified to the board, however, referencing tripadvisor I found one hotel that matches the criteria as well as offering suites:

Rosellen Suites at Stanley Park: 3.5/5 based on 33 reviews.

The Rosellen offers long term and short term stays and would be my best guess for this hotel.
