All,

I am trying to decide if the upgrade to the 3.5 star is worth it for the discount for the 2.5. We will be staying the weekend of 11/14 to 11/16 and want to attend the AF Football game. Please help me identify these hotels.

I like the continental breakfast at the 2.5, but want to see what brand I would be getting. On the other hand, if the 2 star is actually a nice extended stay type of place that might be worth it too. Not much info on the sticky. HELP :)

Please follow-up your previous Hotwire Los Angeles thread with whatever you ended up doing for that stay.

Then bump this thread and repost the above with just the amenities associated with each property... including the multiple "This hotel features the following amenities:" not only makes your post harder to read, but it makes it more likely that we'll miss an emenity while trying to identify the hotels you're asking about.

Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.

Thanks.

The 3.5* is a match for the Marriott so that would be our best guess for that one.

The 2.5* has not yet been identified and i'm not currently seeing the 2* on my own HOTWIRE search for your dates, but if i were to take a guess, i woudl think that the 2* is likely an extended stay type property... Extended StayAmerica, Extended Stay Deluxe, Homestead Suites, etc.

Let us know whatever you decide to do for this stay or if we can be of further help.

Upon hearing that the North 3.5 star was the Marriott on Hotwire for 64.00 a night, I used the better bidding PRICELINE link and tried to get it for cheaper. :) I got the 3.5 star Marriott Colorado Springs for 50.00 a night for two nights. I am pretty stoked to get that hotel for that price!
