Hotwire Hotel: Help ID - 4.5-star hotel in Munich International Airport MUC

Hotel lists amenities as Swimming Pool, Business Center, and Spa. I did not see many topics related to Munich. However, I am hoping that some of the experts on this forum would have some information.

I am looking to make a trip to Munich in December. The hotel was being listed for $145 including taxes. That would be a good deal to me only if it is the Kempinski hotel which is located on the airport premises. Otherwise, there are a multitude of other hotels available for cheaper than that.

This hotel hasn't been reported to the board, however, I noticed that HOTWIRE mentions the tripadvisor traveler review rating of 4/5 based on 60+ reviews with the last review in August.

Referencing tripadvisor directly, I see one hotel that matches this criteria: Kempinski Hotel Airport Munich with a 4/5 review based on 78 reviews. It also matches the amenities listed.

That would be my best guess.

Thanks! I did not think of taking that approach to put two and two together. It does look like it is the Kempinski Hotel.

as there is only one hotel IN the airport MUC it can be only Kempinski.

Accor is about to build a new Novotel (as around the world at other airports) opening 2010

It now appears to be showing up as a five star (Kempinski). Since it has a Spa, and no airport shuttle, hard to believe it could be anything but that property ...
