I need a hotel in NYC again, only looking at TS,MTE AND MTW Zones only, max $195/ per night. I have developed a new strategy as there are only 5 re-bid zones now in NYC.

Looks like a very nice deal for this time of year. Previously we would have almost never seen rates in the mid-$100's in NYC this time of year, but i think the softening economy has been taking its toll on the hotel industry.
