Just bid this at the last minute for tonight's halloween party in SF, still manage to hit $105 at marriott compare to its listed $289 :):D

1) 4* SOMA at $90

got offered to raise to $112 for immediate re-bid without any changes (one more extra bid chance essentially)

2) refused that, tried 4* + fishermans wharf at $105

bingo, got marriott, even though originally aimed for the more likely intercontinental listed at $159
