The hotel shows for $69 12/27/08-12/29/08 at hotwire, amenities include fitness center, pool, restaraunt, laundry, high-speed internet service.

Under Hotwire-Texas Hotwire hotel list, I only see the following with one does not come with area. So which one will I get?

3* Best Western

Amenities: Suite, Pool, Fitness, Complimentary Breakfast, Hi-Speed Internet, Laundry

3* Hyatt Place Downtown-Riverwalk (Riverwalk South-La Villita zone)

Amenities: Suite, Complementary Breakfast, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Kitchenette

So which one will I get?

If you read the comments at the top of the Hotwire Hotel List you'll see that you may not receive either of the hotels above.

This list is NOT a complete list of all hotels that Hotwire offers in this area, it is ONLY a compilation of hotels that have already been reported on this forum. Hotels are added/removed by Hotwire all the time, and star ratings can change at ANY time. As well, the geographic boundaries of an area are subject to change, so it's always a good idea to look at the Hotwire map before purchasing.

In light of the above, you MAY get a hotel that is NOT on this list, or get a hotel on this list but at a star level you didn't expect (if the star rating has changed).

With the above noted, the HOTWIRE hotel you describe above matches the Holiday Inn Downtown-Market Square so that would be our best guess.

Did you try the 3* in Riverwalk South? I am thinking about booking the same one and cannot figure out which ones it might be.

This is to follow up for my original post, I ended up booking Homewood Suites on the riverwalk directly since the review on Holiday Inn Downtown-Market Square was not that good.
