The amenity combination could match a couple hotels, however, I noticed that HOTWIRE also mentions the tripadvisor traveler review rating for this hotel as 3.5/5 based on 340+ reviews.

Referencing tripadvisor directly, I notice only one hotel that matches this rating in this zone: The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites. It looks like this hotel has been downgraded from a 4*.

At the moment the Westin Bonaventure is still currently rated 4* by HOTWIRE... and the hotel i'm seeing on a current HOTWIRE search with the above amenities shows a 3.5/5.0 Tripadvisor rating. If this what you are also seeing, this is a match for the Sheraton Los Angeles Downtown so that would be my best guess. (a second guess would be the Kyoto Grand Hotel, which also matches the TA info, but not sure if that hotel is Smoke Free or not)

It looks like the tripadvisor traveler rating has changed from when I searched yesterday from 3.5/5 on 340+ reviews to 3.5/5 on 60+ reviews, which I agree with thereuare now looks to be the Sheraton.

The Kyoto does have smoking rooms (just tried to book on the Kyoto hotel site and was offered the option of smoking or non), so I would rule that one out.
