Nunu Posted July 19, 2004 Report Posted July 19, 2004 Trying to get Embassy Suites in Fort Lauderdale for 2 night pre-cruise in August. My question is: there are four of us going (me and wifey and 2 kids) so does this still allow us the "cooked to order breakfast" in the morning and the "managers reception" (2 hrs. of free drinks!!) at night? Thanks in advance to those in the know. And it seems like $55 per night is the going rate, if so I'm all over it. This board is the best! Scott.
thereuare Posted July 19, 2004 Report Posted July 19, 2004 Never heard of a problem. The 'double occupany' is the minimum that Priceline guarantees... after that it's up to the discretion of the hotel. Have never heard of this hotel, or any others in the area, have a problem with 4 in a room (and they'll feed all of you too) :) .You do know that there is at least one other 3* hotel in the area which you could possibly get. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
Nunu Posted July 19, 2004 Author Report Posted July 19, 2004 thereuare, thanks for the quick reply. I see that the Marriott Marina is also a 3* but I havent seen it come up much on this board. I'll let you know the results. Scott.
