At first I thought this was the holiday inn kensington but the ratings dont match on trip advisor.

Actually, I think the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum matches up quite well with its tripadvisor rating of 3.5/5 based on 397 reviews. It is not uncommon for the number of traveler reviews to be off over 10 reviews, particularly when the reviews are in the hundreds.

My search also came across the Copthorne Tara Hotel with a traveler rating on 3.5/5 based on 395 reviews, and also matches the amenities.

It could be either of these hotels, but I am leaning towards the Holiday Inn as it has previously been reported to the board and the major chains are more likely to use this site.
