Priceline Hotel: Under 21 Priceline Hotel

Hi-

I recently won a hotel in DC, the Omni on priceline. I just realized that my girlfriend and I will both be 2 months short of 21... will they let us stay? Should I give them my credit card but avoid ID?

Can you please provide the star rating and zone that this hotel is in (as well as the dates and bid amount).

I would call the hotel and ask the minimum age you have to be to book a room there (make no mention of you already booking on Priceline). If the hotel says 18 years old then i think you will not have any problem... if they 21 then i would try to think of ways around it.

I suspect that the age requirement on Priceline is due to hotels having differing policies regarding age... setting the bar at the high level enables them to cover themselves.

If this hotel was in Vegas (where 21 is often the standard) i'd think you might have a problem, but i'd venture a guess you'll be ok in DC.
