added White House for $75

then my wife tried at $80 for Foggy Bottom (and was prompted to increase bid by $22)

then added Capitol Hill at $85

Then succeded when White House was added at $90 with the Renaissance in Foggy Bottom.

Selected 4* on each bid for oneroom from 11/8-11/11

Although Priceline shows this as located in the Foggy Bottom area, the hotel website lists it as being in Dupont Circle.

Regarding the zones, the Foggy Bottom zone and the Dupont Circle zone are adjacent to one another and are separate by a street (one side of the street is Foggy Bottom and the other side is Dupont Circle)... regardless of the name of the zone, the deciding factor is always the boundaries as defined by PRICELINE (sometimes the zones extend far beyond what the name implies... a "downtown zone" may extend beyond what many would consider to be downtown, so always make sure to consult the map and boundaries as defined by PRICELINE)
