Don_ww
First try, $50.00, on-line it is $154.00.Question if anyone knows: Last week I stayed in Portland OR. I bid $65 (plus usual priceline fees), and at the hotel I saw the invoice of PRICELINE paying them. they have $40.00 plus 4.44 tax, for a total of about $44 bucks. Did PRICELINE take the other $21? thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding!Congratulations on your win and thank you for sharing your results with the board.Regarding your Portland stay, it would be appreciated if you shared that win with the board... it may help a future user with their own bidding. More specifically to answer your question, yes, the difference between your bid amount and the amount paid to the hotel, would be PRICELINE's profit (plus booking fee)Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Enjoy your upcoming stay.
