First tried $ 60, then $65 and finally $70.

$70 was accepted and was given Swissotel. Now, I need to figure a way to park for less than $35 a day.

Their rates are a little higher than this, but I'm not sure of exact prices.

Additionally, the Millennium Park lot - which is a few blocks South of the swiss on Michigan Ave - is $25.

You should be able to park on the streets. The area east of Michigan Avenue generally isnt too bad. you may have to go north just a block or two closer to the Sheraton. Navy Pier wont have much traffic because of the weather and you should be able to find street parking. Best of luck!
