Unfortunately this property has not yet been identified.

However, do you need to be in this particular zone? If not, what is believed to be the Westin Times Square (Restaurant, Fitness, Internet, Business, Spa) is also appearing for your dates for just $10 more than the MSG hotel and gets very good reviews.

While prices are typically high this time of year, given the economy i wouldn't be in a rush to book a nearly $300/nite non-refundable room 6+ months in advance unless you dont' care about the cost too much or feel the need to have something confirmed. If you do choose to wait i would book a refundable reservation just to protect yourself from the potential or rates going higher. (use our BetterChecker to assist in your hotel direct seearch, as well as Quickbook and GTA Hotels are good sources for refundable reservations (always doublecheck the cancellations terms))

The Times Square area isn't my area of choice, I'd rather stay in a neighborhood type of area. I'm familiar with Chelsea/Meatpacking area from a previous visit. I'm open to suggestion for other areas though such as UES, UWS, maybe Midtown if the hotel & deal is fab.

You're right about not booking too far in advance, I'm only trying to get a feel for what's available & which hotels at the moment. I wouldn't have posted if I could have identified the hotel in question.
