I used the HOTWIRE applet at the top of your page.2.5*, facilities: pool restaurant laundry internet$94 plus $17.39 tax and feesBest Western Kelly Inn161 St. Anthony AvenueSaint Paul, Minnesota 55103(651) 227-8711The 3.5* (Crowne Plaza) and 3* (Holiday Inn Rivercenter) were available for $142 and $123 on this night, so my research didn't penalize me.
