I was looking for a Savannah hotel and several Hilton Head Island ones came up that look interesting- could you please help id any of these:

Oct. 18- 4 nights (also same listing Oct. 18 - 2 nights for $89)

4 star $102

Oct. 18 - 4 nights (also same listing Oct. 18- w nights for $42)

Word of caution. I did some further research and Hilton Island Head is really in South Carolina and takes 30-45 minutes to get to downtown Savannah. So if distance is a consideration, I would try to get something actually in Savannah.

Thank you for the replies. We are staying in the area 4 nights, but are undecided at this point about whether we want all 4 nights in Hilton Head or just two (and two closer to historic savannah). We would like to stay under $100 a night and all of these, if we do only two nights, will work for our budget. We are looking for a family friendly hotel (we have preschoolers).

Identifying hotels can be a time consuming process, and these hotels may not be the ones offered once you're ready to commit to a purchase, so please firm up your plans and post back once you've decided how many nites you'd like to stay in each area. As well, what type of hotels do you typcially stay in? Most users looking for a 4* hotel at $100+ are not also considering a 2* hotel for $39 (and vice-versa)
