Good Day,

I want to bid on a hotel--I never bid before--in Chicago in the NMA area for Oct 10-12.

We want to get a 3.5+ star hotel for about $100.

What's the best way about going about it.

As I stated before, it's my first time bidding.

I've usually booked hotels thru HOTWIRE.

thank you!

Welcome to BetterBidding!

Rates are high for these dates so i'm not sure if $100 will be enough for a 3.5* property but you can certaily give it a try.

At the 3.5* level you have TWO re-bid zones. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.

(NOTE: 're-bid zone1' is not the same as priceline's Zone1, 're-bid zone2' is not the same as priceline's Zone2, etc, etc)

Start with our link to PRICELINE...

Select 3.5* NMA...

Bid $80, if rejected add re-bid zone1...

Bid $90, if rejected close browser and use our link to re-access PRICELINE

Select 3.5* NMA and re-bid zone2...

Bid $95, if rejected add re-bid zone1...

Bid $100

Any questions feel free to ask.
