I need help to ID the 3.5-star hotel in Downtown - Central Sarasota

i searched by address: 1223 BOULEVARD OF THE ARTS, SARASOTA, FL 34236, it gave me four Hotel options.

4-star hotel in Downtown - Central Sarasota (0.0 - 2.0 miles from your location) at $186

2.5-star hotel in Downtown - Central Sarasota (0.0 - 2.0 miles from your location) at $68

3.5-star hotel in Downtown - Central Sarasota (0.0 - 2.0 miles from your location) at$122

2-star hotel in Downtown - Central Sarasota at $84

I'm hoping to get the Indigio Hotel on 1223 Boulevard of the Arts, close to Van Wezel.

Any suggestions. I'm guessing it might be the 3.5 Star one, but there is also a Hyatt and I'm know sure what that would classified under.
