Trying to ID 3.5 star Madrid hotel with features Boutique, shuttle, restaurant, business center. Checking for Sunday the 5th of October for one night and get $79.

They show a 3.5 point Tripadvisor rating with over 60 and last review in September.

Found former 3 star Regente that has 3.5 point rating and 59 reviews with last in September. I had not seen them round up before so thought it may be another hotel.

Basing it on the tripadvisor rating first and then amenities, this one looks to be the Best Western Premier Hotel Santo Domingo. That would be my best guess.

Use this HOTWIRE link to start your purchase and let the board know the result. This would be a new hotel to add to the lists on this site.

I did not book through hotwire. You could book for 65 euros on that hotels own website and when using www.kayak.es it led to a 59 euro total rate that while involving advance payment and non/refundable as well, this booked at www.venere.com .

I notice that in both Madrid and Barcelona, hotels are using Hotwire and Priceline rates that show parity with rates available through other channels. (especially the spanish domestic sites)

I wish they would learn to use these like the London hotels and everywhere in the USA. The whole point of using alternative channels is that the rate should reward the client for the risk of not "knowing" the name of the hotel in advance.

Thanks for your help.
