My first bid with HOTWIRE instead of PRICELINE.

3* Country Inn on Hudson Rd of I-94. $54

This place is a dump, 2* at best

Is it better to book a room 2, 3, or 4 weeks in the future, or book a day or two before.

I booked a room the day before and did not get as good a price as others I see on the board

Also, to help others, please post the amenities shown before your purchase to this thread (you can still view these by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right corner of their home page). Were they the same/different than what appears for this property in the Hotwire Hotel List?
