Priceline Hotel: 3.5* San Francisco (USE) Hotel 480

splitbid works ! For first part of my stay I got 10/4-10/8- Mark Hopkins $115, and was upgraded from a 3* to 4*-

and took a little longer to get 2nd half of stay- but ended up with 3* Hotel 480 USE-for 10/8-10/12 $133- little more than I wanted to spend- but I was running out of time- also used another trick by having my husband bid every other time- so we went back and forth with the options and pricing- hotel 480 says they are under construction too-(does it count as 3* if under construction?) of course didn't know that and they aren't on the pricline map links for winning bids-

I just got the 480 too.. $125++ so I dont think 133 is all that bad.. we'll be there from 10-10 to 10-12.

Karan97, congratulations on your winning bid. If possible, could you report your win on a separate thread? That way it will make it onto the Priceline & Hotwire Calendar of Wins here on the Better Bidding board and be helpful for anyone else looking to bid your travel dates.

Also, since biggsoo placed this bid about 10 days ago, the Hotel 480 has supposedly been upgraded from 3 to 3.5 stars by Priceline. Can you confirm your winning bid at the 480 is rated 3.5 stars? Thanks!
