Hotwire Hotel: 3* College Station(??) Hyatt Place College Station

Just bid on a property that appears to be new (not listed at least). The property is called Hyatt Place and if you haven't stayed at one yet, they are NICE (stayed at one in Kansas City a few months ago)!!! The price I paid was $76/night but it lowered to $73 within hours of my booking. Amenities listed (in order) are: ALL non-smoking rooms, complimentary breakfast, fitness center, pool, business center, and high speed internet.
