Hello all, I'm trying to figure out what this hotel is:

$229/night, Oct 10th-13th

amenities:

Boutique, non smoking, fitness, restaurant, high speed internet

tripadvisor rating 4/5

Looks to be either club quarters or holiday inn beacon hill, but neither of these list boutique or non smoking in the description here. I'm guessing Club Quarters? Thanks in advance for any help :)

This property has not yet been identified... the Bulfinch is a possibility but i don't have a high degree of confidence in this guess as i would think this property would be rated higher than 3* by HOTWIRE.
