The 3* you describe matches the Holiday Inn Maingate East so that would be our best guess. However, i'm not currently seeing this property when searching for a room for your dates. I see a 3* hotel with Restaurant, Pool, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Business (if you see this one it's a match for the Ramada Celebration and that would be our best guess)

The 2.5* is a match for the Ramada Inn so that would be our best guess, however i'll also add that Holiday Inn Nikki Bird used to have these amenities... this property has since closed down and is now a Home Suite Home (which has never been reported to the board), so this could be a possibility as well, although i'd consider it a very distant second guess.
