Began my bidding at $30 in West Mifflin - West Homestead area, not really expecting anything to bite but had a few days to see how low I could get it.

30 was rejected but gave me an offer to bid the same place for the same price for 8 dollars more

I have received this option before in past bids, does this mean that if I add the 8 dollars it will be successful?

I didn't take the option because I knew i had to be close

I have won this property before in past bids and have always been happy with it. I really wasn't expecting to get it for this low of a price! Definately the cheapest I have ever had for this property. Rates for that night are about 120+ taxes so I am very happy with my win!
