After being unsuccessful in bidding on PRICELINE for a 3* up to $170, I decided to book via HOTWIRE.

3,5* Hudson Hotel 11/23-27 $159

3,5* Club Quarters Downtown 11/27 - 12/1 $166

I think it's a great deal for these dates and am very happy.
