Read his post at hotwire rate at these two days dropping to $106. When I checked it became $103 for each day. Note that 5 days when I checked hotwire, Oct 08 was $202 , 09 was $166, now all decreased to $103.

So start bidding from $68 (around $103 * 0.65) for Oct 08 to Oct09. Got rejected. System advised to raise $17 more. Left it alone and rebid at $72 by adding Elizabeth Area, got accepted.

Extended the second day for same price, got accepted. Final full charge for per night is $91.18 (72 + Taxes and Service Fees: $19.18 ).

Still need to booked the final day Oct10 to 11th, hotwire price is $239. Will wait some days to see if the price will drop or not.

I'm a big fan of this property and it offers a great alternative to NYC when Manhattan becomes prohibitively expensive (although low rates here are not always available either)
