Priceline Hotel: Bidding Help Needed

Trying to get a hotel DT for 10/17-19.

I have tried bids up to $140 for N. Mich Ave to a 3 star.

Also tried the Loop for $140 to a 4 star, I don't want club quarters and am scared to drop to a 3 star for this area.

How high will I need to go to get a room for this weekend?

Thanks

I'm guessing it will likely take about $175+... and that that point you may be close to a 4* hotel and may want to 'reach' for that first before simply trying for the lowest priced 3* property.

What is the best deal you're able to find outside of the opaque suppliers? (use our BetterChecker to assist in your search)

I am looking the same weekend. I have noticed that the prices have fell in the past couple of days.

I know that the block of hotels for one of the conferences (WEFTC) are being released on the 19th. So, my plan is to continue to look or book on Quikbook or EasyClickTravel.
