Wanted to stay as close in as possible, so I concentrated on Whitehouse/Downtown and Conv Center/Capital Hill areas.

Had been lowballing bids in the $100-120 range for the last few days, just in case.

First bid of $125 was rejected for Whitehouse/Downtown zone.

Added Crystal City zone with same price and rejected.

Re-bid of $135 with addition of Conv Center/Capital Hill was accepted.
