jgates8 Posted September 10, 2008 Report Posted September 10, 2008 Hi - I am trying to get one night in the Disney area for a late flight arrival. We will be moving to Gaylord Palms for 3 nights after that (a trip win!) and needless to say I cannot afford the extra $337 for another night there! So just looking for a clean, nice sleeping spot close to Gaylord so we can move our stuff over easily on Thursday. I had planned on Marriott Village but both Fairfield & Springhill are listed as sold out.Can anyone provide any clues as to these two hotels? We don't need the Ritz - but would like clean, comfortable and safe. If I am reading these right, none of them offer a continental breakfast, so a trip to Waffle House may be on the agenda, or possibly just a booking at Holiday Inn Express for $110 plus tax (ent book rate)Our date is 2/18/2009. When looking on hotwire, I came up with:3.5 Star in Disney Maingate Celebration Area $69 per night. Resort fee of $10 per night. Total w/o Resort Fee of $84.16/ntResortPoolBusiness CenterHispeed InternetRestaurantLaundryTennis nearbyOR....3 Star in Lake Buena Vista - Downtown Disney Area - $86 per night. Total of $102.88 per nightFitness CenterRestaurantHispeed InternetChildren's Activity ProgramPoolLaundry FacilityKitchenetteTHANK YOU!
jgates8 Posted September 13, 2008 Author Report Posted September 13, 2008 Any thoughts on what either of these two might be? Thank you again in advance.
