I noticed today that Hotwire had a 4* in Olde Town/Penn's Landing Philly for $94. I checked the Betterbidding.com website and found out that this was probably the Hyatt Regency. And while looking over the winning bids for Philadelphia it seemed like people often found some good deals on Priceline. So I went through the PRICELINE link on Betterbidding.com, offered $75 for a 4* Downtown, and that was accepted the first try. :)
