Hotwire Hotel: 3* White House-Capitol Hill???

Hotwire is showing a 3* near the White House-Capitol Hill with the only one amenity - restaurant.

Any idea which of the 3* hotels in this area might come up with JUST this?

For my trip dates of 10/30 - 11/2 it's showing $86/night.

The property above has not yet been identified, but if you change your search to 2adults/1child a different 3* property is shown in this zone (at least on my search) for about the same price with Restaurant, Pool, Laundry... this is a match for the Four Points and that would be our best guess for this one.
