Priceline didn't show me the Santa Maria as own area when "moving" with my mouse on the priceline map but when you search hotels for Santa Maria you can "name your price".

As hotwire had similar hotel (here it seems to be 2*?) I gave Priceline a chance and won $75 with first bid.
