Hi since I searched for the list of the 2.5* for the region of Jersey city, there is only one 2.5* hotel, Courtyard by Marriott .

I wonder if it is just one on the list?

If I bid $80, does anyone could give me any suggestion of the price?

And does anyone know there is any events during the 10/11-10/17 in NY or NJ.

Since I tried several days and times for the Hyatt but still in vain.

(Following the rates posted recently, I bid at most $130 but still got rejected)
