Hotwire Hotel: Hotels close to Gaylord Convention Center and Metro. Prices?

I will be going to the Gaylord Convention center in early October. The Gaylord is sold out. What other recommendations do you have so I can avoid a car. I also want to be able to take Metro to Smithonian.

Is this the hotel at 344 Waterfront St, Oxon Hills, MD 20745?

If so it appears to be in PRICELINE's National Harbor zone but the problem is that the zone is about a 3 miles wide/long so you can't be assured of receiving a hotel within walking distance to this property. HOTWIRE has a National Harbor-Oxon Hill zone, and if you see a hotel in this area you may be able to identify it based upon the amenities and star rating and 'know' if it will work for your needs or not.
