August 20-24, 2008 - last part of a business trip - booked via HOTWIRE link. Nice hotel and free underground parking was unexpected and convenient. I had a clean quiet room with a decent view even though it was next to the elevator. However, they have charged me for an extra night on my credit card and it is been a complete hassle even getting to talk to a human about the problem let alone get the problem solved - currently it is not resolved. DO NOT walk out of the hotel without a receipt with a zero balance showing and the names of all the front desk people who checked you out. Better yet - avoid the hassle entirely as there are other nice hotels in the same area - these people made it clear they do not like Internet discount reservations.

Price per night - $93 (average - one night showed up as 124 on hotel invoice, others as 55)

While i'm of the opinion that people often too quickly have their credit card company dispute charges (and often due to their own mistake) this is clearly a time to get them involved... you've apparently tried to have them correct the problem on their own and they have failed to do so, challenge the charge with your credit card company and let them handle it from there (you'll see how quickly the problem is resolved... without you getting any more aggrevated then you already are)
