Trying to book a hotel nearest Dublin, CA in the East Bay area, using Priceline and checking for the Pleasanton-San Ramon area, I got this hotel for $50 for Sept. 20th for one night. I start the bidding at $35, then $40, then added Livermore and increasing bid to $44, then increased bid to $50 and added Concord as an area and this added the 4 star hotels. My bid was accepted. This is the first time I am using PRICELINE. This is great! The hotel usually goes for $89 on Marriott's web site and on PRICELINE. My total was about $63 with fees and taxes. Then I immediately called the hotel to request a King size bed.
