lilas_rak Posted July 8, 2004 Report Posted July 8, 2004 Looks like prices in summer time in Austin area are higher now. I used to get a 2 star or 2.5 star in Austin for $25 easliy. Now for a 2 star I have to give $27 (and I get my least favorite/dreadful La Quinta - horrible). This week I finally decided, I want to stay in the nicer Wellesly Inn North Austin, and I got it for $30.I think there's only ONE 2.5 star hotel in Austin North zone. Some of my last few weeks bidding history are:La Quinta North Austin (last two weeks) $26 and $27Wellesley Inn North Austin $30
