Three nights, In 08/30/08 Out 09/02/08. Initial bid of $30- was given counteroffer of $38. Declined the rebid at $38 and instead checked Sand Lake as additional area (no 2.5*'s there), and increased bid to $32. Bid was accepted with offer to extend at same rate to 09/05.
