I have been working on this one for a while ... was trying for the Hoover area as well. After $55 was rejected for ONLY Hoover this time, I bid ONLY Inverness and hit for $55.

Both the Hoover and Inverness Hyatt Place were $104.25 prepaid online ... doesn't seem like there's a lot of Hoover hits out there period however. After the price was looking higher, I took a stab at 2* in Hoover for $35, $36 with no luck ... the La Quinta in that area was $65 online.
