The Moon Palace has the amenities above but i'm not sure if that is in this zone or not (the maps are very non-descript); the Blue Bay has these amenities too, but has also been seen with a "Near Beach" icon, given that this is sort of a 'given' with the Beachfront icon, this is a possibility too... as is the Sandos Playacar which also lists the exact amenities as well.

So can't really say for certain which property this is, but best guess is one of the three above.
